Active Options Community Champions (CCs) are:

Leaders in aging, physical activity, and/or public health
-
Likely to work for an Area Agency on Aging, a State Unit on Aging, or a County or State Health Department
-
Responsible for helping launch Active Options (AO) in their communities
-
Identified for a specific geographic region (i.e. a state, county, multi-county, or major metropolitan area)
